1. The sale is applicable only to a limited selection of garments and accessories that bear the sale tag
2. Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for exchange or return
3. Cancellations, amendments, or change in shipping/billing address will not be entertained during this sale period
4. Other offers or discounts cannot be clubbed with the Sale offers
5. All valid gift cards and credit vouchers in INR can be redeemed during the Sale
6. Due to increased volume of orders:
- - Services of special packaging/gift wrapping will be halted during the Sale period.
- - The delivery time of your order may vary. Please check our shipping policies for details on the same.
- - We cannot entertain special requests for speed deliveries
7. Fulfillment of orders will be subject to product availability and within certified product quality parameters
8. Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period
9. Discounts are subject to change without prior intimation. No claims due to this will be entertained
10. In case a damaged product is received, please reach out to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order with order details
11. In case of any conflict with the standard Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website, the Sale T&C stipulated here will apply
12. For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a refund only for the unfulfilled value of the order will be initiated within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation from our side

ONLINE SALE FAQs
1. Will you replenish your stock before the end of the Sale?
Ans: Replenishing stocks for the Sale is an ongoing process and happens as the need may be.
2. Can I redeem E-Gift Cards or vouchers during the Sale?
Ans: Yes, you may certainly redeem INR E-Gift Cards or INR vouchers online during the Sale.
3. If I place an order now, can you arrange the delivery after a period of time?
Ans: Due to the increase volume of orders we receive during Sale, we will not be able to accommodate this request.
4. Can you arrange the delivery on priority or expedite delivery?
Ans: We always try to deliver the order at the earliest, but we would not be able to accommodate any special requests during the sale period
5. Can I place an order for items which are not in stock?
Ans: You will not be able to place an order for items which are currently not in stock. You can click on the “notify me” options and we will keep you duly informed of when the product is back in stock. The price of the product in this case will be as applicable on order date, once product is back in stock.
6. Can I cancel my order, or can I change the size/items I have ordered for during the Sale?
Ans: We do not provide the option of cancelling or modifying any orders during Sale.
7. If I have received a damaged item during Sale, would you offer to replace this item?
Ans: If you receive a damaged item during sale, post an investigation from our side, once it is confirmed that the piece you received was damaged prior to delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund within 7 days of us confirming that a replacement or refund will be issued.
8. Can I return or exchange sale items online?
Ans: We do not have a return or exchange policy for sale items which have been delivered as per the order placed.
9. Will you reduce the prices at the end of the Sale?
Ans: 5 Elements may revise prices of products at any point in time.
