Shipping and delivery:-
Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment, if we receive the said amount.
1. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
2. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.

In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.

Every clothing item has a detailed size chart that should help you with your right size. We would request you to refer that once.

For all domestic (within India) orders we follow the INR catalogue and for all international orders we follow the USD catalogue. Our pricing in international and domestic markets is different on account of differing operation costs for getting orders out to those regions (and also takes into account the demand and supply ratio). We do endeavor to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, which is why we still show prices in both INR and USD.
Cancellations and Modifications
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.

Exchange and Returns
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
1. We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
2. Free size garments will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
3. If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have already purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
a. Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your exchange request for you.
b. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
c. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability.
d. In case the required size is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
e. You can then use the credit note for your future purchase with us.
4. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Jewellery and accessories are not applicable for refund/return/exchange.

1. Your pick up will be completed in 2-3 business days and then the product will be shipped and delivered to us. This entire process of picking up your product and receiving it at our warehouse takes about 7-10 business days.
2. Once your product reaches us, your exchange will be processed and the product shall further be delivered in 3-5 business days.
3. In case of a broken and damaged product, we will ship a fresh item to you within 2 days of receiving the complaint from you. Here, the standard delivery timeline of 3-5 business days will be applicable.
4. In case your product/package is lost/misplaced, we will investigate the issue both internally as well as with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, the resolution will be given within 48 hours. In case this issue is from our courier partner's end, the issue will be resolved for you within 3-5 business days.

No, it is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry, and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (bluedart etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent
Any part cancellation of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order
